MATERIALS; Every item of Corrinne Eira Evans jewellery is hand crafted by myself here in my studio in Bow, Devon. Materials used are Eco Silver, Eco Gold, Titanium and hand picked semi-precious gems stones from ethically sourced suppliers where possible.
SIZING; Most items are listed with the correct sizing and pieces can be made/altered to specific measurements to ensure the best fit, simply contact me with your requirements on email@example.com.If your item arrives and is an incorrect fit please get in touch and I will be happy to sort this for you.
PACKAGING; The jewellery will arrive with you in a beautiful box made from recycled materials, these boxes are recyclable also if you don’t need to keep hold of your box. If you require it to be gift wrapped just let me know via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) when ordering and this will be done free of charge.
DELIVERY Please allow 3-14 days for delivery as all the jewellery is made to order (smaller items will usually be 3-5 days). If you require something sooner please contact me as I might have one in stock, able to priorities your order as I’m always happy to try and meet deadlines.
SHIPPING Within the UK I use Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' which is tracked and signed for with insurance and 'Recorded Delivery' for less valuable items but still trackable services.
For International I use Royal Mail 'International Signed For’.
CUSTOMS CHARGES Each customer is responsible for any potential import fees levied by their countries border control.
SITE SECURITY AND PAYMENT TYPES My shop uses Paypal and accepts most credit and debit cards. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make a purchase. Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to here using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS If you change your mind on an order it may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order either email me firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 07853158861.
If an item arrives faulty or damaged I will replace it for you asap. Any damages occurred by the customer can be fixed, please post back to me on the address above, an extra charge maybe payable. As each item is made to order I do not normally accept refunds, although I will be happy to discuss any appropriate exchanges.
